REFUND POLICY

If you live outside of the US: You may be charged import duties and taxes by your local customs authority when your parcel is received into your country. Duties rates vary depending on the value of the goods, what they are made of and where they are made. Importantly, all countries have different rules regarding this so we are unable to tell you exactly what duties you may be required to pay as this is determined on import by customs officials. You will not always be required to pay duties or import tax, but it is important that you make yourself aware of the duties and thresholds that may apply in your country in case you are charged to avoid any surprises.

We are not held liable for any customs fees in your country, holding times, unclaimed parcels or incorrect shipping information provided.

If you decide not to pay import taxes or duties and choose to reject the parcel, you will not be refunded for your order.

Pre-orders

Please note, if you order a pre-order item it is because it has sold out and the next batch is in production. If you select 2 day shipping on a pre-order item, it only affects how soon it will be shipped after it comes back in stock. Pre-order dates are accurate 99% of the time, but they are estimates.

Store credit & exchange policy

Orders cannot be cancelled and sizes cannot be changed within a 1 hour window of placing your order. Please note all orders cancelled will be for a store credit only. 

LUXE GLAMOUR does not offer returns. For orders in the US, we offer store credit and exchanges within a 14 day period of your purchase. If more than 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a store credit or an exchange.

A $12 shipping fee will be charged on exchanges and store credits. We do not refund the shipping costs.

Once you are issued a return label, you must send back the item within 5 business days of receiving the return label, or the request will not be granted.

To be eligible for a store credit or an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your store credit/exchange, we require an order number and proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial store credits/exchanges are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE - THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR STORE CREDITS PERMITTED.

If an item Is purchased at full price and then goes on sale shortly thereafter, we are not responsible for any refunds or to issue a credit.

Please note, if you live outside of the United States, you will be responsible for import fees and tax.

Exchanges within US (if applicable)
If you need to exchange an item, it must be done within 14 days of your purchase.

Please use the return portal. Please note: items take up to 10 business days to be processed at our warehouse once they are returned.
